Returning to my office after having been out of town for two weeks, I discovered that my computer would not boot up. After trying the few futile things I knew to get it going again, my first call was to Brad Denton at the Silicon Valet. Within a few hours that day, Ernie Bustamante came to my office to assist. To make a long and agonizing story short, Brad and Ernie determined that my hard drive had crashed, and absolutely everything was lost. Within days, they had installed a new hard drive, had re-installed Windows 10, and were beginning to restore my data that had fortunately been backed up.

From Ernie showing up in my office within hours of my call, to what I consider a quick turnaround is just not seen anymore. Further, you can always get either Brad or Ernie on the telephone – there are no menus, there is no wait – you get a live person immediately.
